Who is eligible for the SmartDelay service?

The benefit is available to the main customer and up to 5 additional passengers on the same flight. Additional passengers must be listed on the same booking and traveling on the same flight as the main customer. At least one adult (18 years old or above) must be among the passengers to access this service. Not all flights may be eligible for registration.
