What is the process of cancelling a purchased ticket?

Cancellation and refund policies differ from airline to airline. However, if your purchased flight can be cancelled, we will charge you as per the airline policy, plus a service fee of BDT 1,500 per person for international Air Tickets and BDT 300 per person for Bangladeshi Domestic Air Tickets. We will be following the airline's refund policy. The airline has the right to change any policy at any time, ShareTrip has no control over the airline's policy.
