What is SmartDelay?

SmartDelay is a service that offers free lounge access to travelers in the event of a flight delay exceeding 2 hours. To become eligible for the service, you need to register your flight at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time. If your flight experiences a delay that meets or exceeds the qualifying threshold, you will receive a LoungeKey™ voucher via email, providing access to a lounge at the airport where you are delayed. LoungeKey™ grants access to a network of over 1300 airport lounges worldwide.
