What is a Service fee?
Cancellation and refund policies differ from airline to airline.
For cancellation by Airlines (International), ShareTrip will not charge any additional fees. Effective from 28th March 2022.
For voluntary cancellation (International), you will incur a charge for date change, fare difference of your changed date from the previously purchased date, BDT 500 per person as a service fee, and a refund service fee of BDT 1500.
For Voluntary Cancellation (Domestic), ShareTrip's refund service fee is BDT 300 per person, and the date change service fee is BDT 200 per person.
For cancellation by Airlines (Domestic), ShareTrip will not charge any additional fees. Effective from 28th March 2022.
For cancellation and refund, we always follow the airline's refund policy. The airline solely holds the right to change any policy. ShareTrip has no control over the airline's policy.
