What are the exceptions to Refund Guard coverage?
Refund Guard does not cover:
Pre-existing Conditions: Illnesses or conditions that existed before booking.
Self-Inflicted Injuries: Injuries or illnesses caused by reckless or intentional actions.
Political or Governmental Issues: Cancellations due to government actions, protests, or political unrest, unless explicitly covered by the airline.
Voluntary Cancellations: Cancellations made by the traveller without a valid reason.
Natural Disasters: Force majeure events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural calamities beyond the control of the service provider.
