How does SmartDelay work?

Once you register your flight at least 6 hours before departure, SmartDelay monitors your flight status. If the airline announces a delay that meets or exceeds the qualifying delay threshold, you will automatically become eligible for lounge access. You will receive a LoungeKey™ voucher via email, allowing you to access a lounge at the airport where you are delayed.
