# What are the exceptions to Refund Guard coverage?

Refund Guard does not cover:

* **Pre-existing Conditions**: Illnesses or conditions that existed before booking.
* **Self-Inflicted Injuries**: Injuries or illnesses caused by reckless or intentional actions.
* **Political or Governmental Issues**: Cancellations due to government actions, protests, or political unrest, unless explicitly covered by the airline.
* **Voluntary Cancellations**: Cancellations made by the traveller without a valid reason.
* **Natural Disasters**: Force majeure events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural calamities beyond the control of the service provider.
