Terms & conditions for deleting the ShareTrip Account
If you'd like to delete your ShareTrip account, you can request account deletion. Here's what to know:
Submitting the Request: Simply submit a request to delete your account.
Deletion Timeline: Once you submit the request, your account will be completely removed from our system within 72 hours.
What's Deleted: Deleting your account erases all your associated information. This includes your booking history, favourite guest list, saved cards, Trip Coins, and anything else linked to your account.
Re-registering: You can re-register using the same email address and phone number if you change your mind. However, you'll be considered a new user, and all your previous data will be permanently deleted.
Important Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once your information is gone, there's no way to recover it. Make sure you're sure about deleting your account before proceeding.
