# My card was charged but ST Pay balance was not updated. What should I do?

Sometimes Gateway, banks or card processors take a few minutes to confirm transactions. If your card has been charged, your ST Pay wallet will usually be updated automatically within a short time.

If the balance is not updated after a reasonable time ST Pay support team will verify and complete the update.
