I changed my smartphone. Do I need to re-register for ST Pay?

No need to re-register! Here's what happens when you log in to ST Pay from a new device with your existing ST Pay account:

Verification Needed: If the SIM card in your new smartphone is the same one registered with your ST Pay account, you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) on that number.

SIM Card Mismatch: If the SIM card is not on the new device, you may not be able to complete the verification process. Please insert SIM you register your ST Pay account with.

Successful Verification: Once you successfully verify the OTP, you will be able to use your ST Pay account on your new device.

Now you can access your ST Pay account from your new smartphone!




Important Note: For a smooth login experience, it's best to use the same SIM card associated with your ST Pay account when switching to a new smartphone.
