Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund, depending on the route and partner rules.

Cancellations less than 48 hours or major changes (time, vehicle, passenger count) may be non-refundable.

Once the driver is dispatched, no refunds apply.

Always review the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation.
