Bata Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
These guidelines ensure clarity and fairness in redeeming and using your vouchers at directly owned Bata stores across Bangladesh. Please read through the following terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming a Bata Gift Voucher:
Redemption: These vouchers can only be redeemed at any directly owned Bata store across Bangladesh, excluding dealer, franchise, and online stores. They are redeemed in the BATA store Coupon Section.
Product Eligibility: Vouchers allow purchase of products at regular price only. Discounted products cannot be purchased using gift vouchers.
Payment Method: Vouchers are not applicable for Cash on Delivery. They are purchasable through pre-payment methods only (ST Pay or Debit/Credit Card).
Activation and Validity: Upon purchase, customers receive an instant activation code via email with an 8-digit "Coupon Code." The voucher remains valid for 2 months from activation.
Redemption Process: To redeem, customers must provide their contact number, order source, and voucher amount at the store counter. A one-time OTP will be sent for verification at the counter. The purchase must meet or exceed the voucher value; any additional amount must be paid via cash, MFS, or debit/credit card.
Purchase Limits: Customers can buy up to 10 products per invoice and a maximum of 2 quantities of the same product/design.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable: Vouchers are neither exchangeable for rewards nor refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
Daily Redemption Limit: A consumer can redeem a maximum of 2 vouchers daily across one or multiple accounts.
Multiple Codes: Multiple activation codes cannot be applied to a single invoice. Each code must be used separately for individual invoices.
Security: ShareTrip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused activation codes.
Agreement: By purchasing a Bata Gift Voucher on ShareTrip's app, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
